Our professional consulting services to owner builders include construction loan pre-qualification and processing, on site and phone consulting, project estimating, site evaluation, Contractor of Record loan signing, and much more. Three generations of our family contracting firm have built many of the home kits on the market, including most of the Endeavor Home plans. We no longer offer turnkey construction, but we work with several reputable contractors who are familiar with kit construction. We recommend that our clients act as their own contractors and do as much of the work as they can...that is where the big savings are!
