The 2045 square foot Eagle Creek is one of our newer plans. The first one in the Central California area is near Jamestown, CA. The site is in cattle country behind gates and is not available for visit; but we will post photos here as soon as we can. We think that a popular modification to this plan will be stretching the entry/family room area to create a more spacious feel.
Outside garage dimensions are 22' deep X 24' wide. The garage can easily be enlarged or moved to the side for a totally different look.
