Well, the actual floorplan is CAD drawn and very nice but obviously didn't scan to this website very well! While drafting corrects the situation we will try to give approximate dimensions. If you are considering the Farmington call and we can send you the actual floorplan.

The 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath (plus downstairs "study" or bedroom) 1797 square foot Endeavor Homes Farmington model is based on an 1890's farmhouse plan updated for 21st century earthquake and energy codes. The Farmington is a tightly designed home and, being close to perfect, is not easily modified except that the "wings" can be stretched outward for more space. The covered deck is included with the standard package; garage is optional. When built in snow country we recommend the optional metal roof (about $5000). Please note that the stair is framed on site and there is considerable hand roof framing required to connect the trusses where the "wings" come together; making the Farmington a project requiring some experience or a budget with room for some professional carpentry help. You should also budget for scaffold rental (about $500) when building any 2 story home as it speeds the high work and prevents falls.

Approximate outside dimensions:
First floor:
Living room (bottom center) 16' wide. Study (right) 11' wide. Entry (next to study) 6' wide.
Kitchen (top left) 9' wide X about 13' long. Stairwell (top right) about 7' wide including walls. Dining room (left wing) 16' wide X 12' deep. Note the hot water heater and Heat/air unit closet next to the kitchen.
Second floor:
Bedroom 2 (lower center) 16' wide. Bedroom (right wing) 16' wide. Master bath (top left) 9'. Master bedroom (left wing) 16' wide X 12' deep.
