The 2290 square foot 4 bedroom 2-1/2 bath Green Valley includes a 528 square foot garage and is our most popular victorian farmhouse plan; it is easily expanded to over 3000 square feet. Previous builders have added such features as 3 car garage (move garage to side), first floor guest bedroom/bath suite, and much more.
The dimansions are not easily readable on floor plans which are reduced for this website, so here are the basic outside dimensions:
Upper level; 38X29, plus the bay window projection of 2'-6".
First floor; 29X38, plus 5X17 area connecting house to garage, plus 2' dining room bay window.
Covered porch area is 6' deep. More porch can be added at extra cost. Porches and first floor can be either concrete slab or raised wood frame with concrete stemwall.
