The 2172 square foot Royal Oak model is often stretched to add floor area. Many of our customers also enlarge the garage for shop, boat, and RV space. The basic outside dimensions are:

The "footprint" area that this home will need on your lot is approximately 64' wide X 37' deep PLUS the living room bay porch pop out of 4' at the front.
