The approximately 2100 square foot Sierra model shown above is actually an enlarged modification of our standard Wellington model with different style bay windows and extra bedroom (above left). The Sierra has been expanded to almost 5000 square feet (with 800 sq. ft. carport) by the youth training program at Excell Center Group Homes in Turlock, CA. Excell has built three Endeavor packages on this site; the young people under their care actually built their own homes while receiving building trade training.
